On July 17, 2024, in the morning, the inauguration ceremony of the Guangdong Zhuhai Center of the China RISC-V Alliance (CRVA) was successfully held in Zhuhai High-tech Zone. Guided by CRVA, this event was jointly hosted by Zhuhai Institute of Advanced Technology and Zhuhai Southern Integrated Circuit Design Service Center. Its core objective is to drive the in-depth development of the RISC-V ecosystem in Zhuhai and build a new "chip" ecosystem for the integrated circuit industry.

At this intersection of innovation and development, our company is deeply honored to be invited as one of the first batch of member units to attend the inauguration ceremony of CRVA Guangdong Zhuhai Center.

Under the joint witness of all participants, Chao Guiming, Bao Yungang, Wang Xiaobin, Zhang Song, San Jinghui, Tang Zhimin, Luo Weiran, Chen Yili, Huang Tao, and Wang Jun jointly unveiled the plaque of CRVA Guangdong Zhuhai Center, marking its official establishment in Zhuhai and opening a new stage of development in this field.

In his speech, Chao Guiming, Deputy Mayor of Zhuhai, said that CRVA is vigorously promoting the development of the RISC-V open-source instruction set in Zhuhai. He believes that CRVA Guangdong Zhuhai Center will give full play to the platform role of multilateral cooperation between the alliance and enterprises, pool innovative resources, and actively contribute to the high-quality development of Zhuhai's integrated circuit industry, making Zhuhai a future "chip" highland in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Bao Yungang, Deputy Director of the Institute of Computing Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Secretary-General of CRVA, said in his speech that as an important part of the alliance's layout in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, after its official establishment, CRVA Guangdong Zhuhai Center will join hands with member units and partners to further promote technological exchanges, industrial cooperation, and talent cultivation, and jointly build an open, collaborative, and shared instruction ecosystem.

Chen Yili, President of Zhuhai Institute of Advanced Technology, said in his speech that as an open-source instruction set architecture, RISC-V leads global technological innovation, lowers the R&D threshold, and promotes cooperation and sharing, bringing new opportunities for China's integrated circuit industry. CRVA Guangdong Zhuhai Center aims to build an open, collaborative, and efficient innovation platform, focus on RISC-V technology research and development, promote the application of RISC-V in fields such as the Internet of Things and intelligent hardware, cultivate technologies and enterprises with core competitiveness, and jointly contribute Zhuhai's wisdom and strength to the development of RISC-V in China a

nd even globally.
